This policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services, or applications even if they are accessible through our website or services. This policy applies to the general site, mobile application, and other online offerings and not to customers who have access to Vendor, Tenant or Owner portals.

Any information that you provide on or to a Third-Party or that is collected by a Third-Party is provided directly to the owner or operator of the Third-Party and is subject to the owner’s or operator’s privacy policy, we are not responsible for the content, privacy or security practices and policies of any Third-Party. Collection and Use of Information

When you visit www.peakresidential.com, we collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways. This includes information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that may be installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site.

Information Related to Use of the Site
