Peak Residential wants you to maximize your profits. As such, we aim to keep good tenants for the long run. We have an effective lease renewal strategy in place to achieve this.


We must be notified of move-outs at least 60 days in advance. During this period, we implement our marketing strategies to ensure you get a top quality replacement tenant as soon as the other moves out. Vacancies are the bane of a landlord's existence, after all!

Property Maintenance

Habitability codes must be followed without question. As a result, we remain strictly law-abiding and will keep your property well-maintained. This will also be an added benefit to your vacancy rate.


As we've mentioned, repairs are coordinated without an additional fee. Peak Residential also keeps maintenance costs low with the relationships we've built over the years with trusted vendors and contractors.

Legal Compliance

Knowing California landlord-tenant laws is a vital part of being a successful property manager. At Peak Residential, we have full legal knowledge for all that's involved in managing a property. Our team has you covered!

Property Marketing

Should the rare case of rent falling late occur, your tenant will be notified and a late fee will be charged. Generally, tenants are understanding and quick to fix the issue. Yet, if the problem continues, we will consider evicting the tenant. This is our last resort but, ultimately, ensuring you receive a steady income is our priority.
